At WeTrain, we’re all about creating a sociable and memorable exercise session for you with a small group of friends or like-minded people. We realise though, that the social element doesn’t have to end when your session does.
When the weekend arrives and you’re out of your work / play routine, it can feel harder to fit in a session before all your social commitments. We want you to maximise your weekend by making time for your WePlay session, bringing along your friends and then hitting up a local spot for brunch and a catch up so we’ve picked three of our favourite places to share with you following our sessions.
1) When: after Weekend Refresh Yoga, Saturdays 1030am, Clapham
This session will get you flowing from one pose into the next, challenge your balance and get a little sweaty. You will feel you had a work out and a good time doing it. Your great work will be rewarded with moments of well deserved (and probably needed!) relaxation at the end of the session. Forget about your problems and stresses from last week and start the weekend refreshed and reinvigorated. Book here!
